Q1. How do i know if the area is big enough for castle?
Q1 Answer: Please allow for the size of the bouncy castle, which you can find in the size tab. Plus 2ft to width and 5ft to lenght to allow our operators to safely secure and erect an inflatable.
Q2. Can you place a bouncy castle on a uneven ground or hard standing?
Q2 Answer: The ground area must be at a reasonable level. And a strict NO to hard standing. Otherwise it may be unsafe to place an inflatable on.
Q3. What are the access width requirements?
Q3 Answer: Access must be at approtiate to the inflatable, you can find the specific requirments of the unit you choose in the size tab.
Q4. Whats the furfest distance I can have the boucy castle away from the mains?
Q4 Answer: Electric mains should be within 50 metres of back of the castle.
Q5. Can we hire an inflatable indoor?
Q5 Answer: If you wish for the inflatable to be inside, then please make sure the room has sufficient height with a foot of clearance. If the unit does not fit you will be charged for the hire as its up to you to make sure it fits.
Q6. What happens when the weather turns bad?
Q6 Answer: If the weather conditions are really bad then we have the right to cancel your order as these conditions are not suitable and safe for us to hire to you.
Q7: What time can I expect my bouncy castle to arrive?
Q7 Answer: We will deliver the inflatable anytime from 7.30am to 12pm or an agreed time that we agreed upon.
Q8. When do I pay?
Q8 Answer: Payment is on delivery unless you have already paid in full prior. However we do require for you to pay a 20% booking fee (this comes off your total price) a week before your delivery.
Q9. When do you collect the bouncy castle?
Q9 Answer: We start collections at previously agreed time or after 5pm. We do offer a late night pick up or overnight hire for additional charge.
Q10. What happens if I damage the equipment?
Q10 Answer: If there is any damage to any of our equipment you will be billed for the repair cost.
Q11. Is the bouncy castle cheaper if I only book it for 4 or 2 hours?
Q11 Answer: The price of the item you want is still the same price for 2 or 4 hours as it is for the day. This is due to it not being able to be booked out the same day.

We are one of 3 company's in the South Yorkshire area that are accredited by RPII. We have also completed our RPII inspector and operators course. CBC HIRE takes Health and Safety very seriously and is our number one priority when it comes to hiring out any of our inflatables. All our inflatables are inspected and tested every 12 months by PIPA.
Also every piece of electrical equipment is also fully PAT tested.. All our members of staff have had full training in to how to erect and safely install any of our inflatables and products.
CBC HIRE also have a 5 million pound public liability insurance policy. So you have the piece of mind in knowing everything that you choose from CBC HIRE is 100% safe and tested.
