Hire Agreement

Including Terms and Conditions of hire - It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the said equipment. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

1. User age limit. This unit must only be used by the persons up to the ages specified by us at the time of booking. Please ensure that no one over this age uses it. This is due to safety, manufacturing and insurance reasons.

2. No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the equipment which will avoid choking and mess. Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge.

3. All shoes, glasses, jewelery and badges MUST be removed before using the equipment.

4. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the equipment.

5. No smoking or barbecues near the equipment.

6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

7. A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times.

8. Always ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the number using it according to the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.

9. Children must not push, fight, attempt somersaults, collide or behave in a manner that is likely to result in injury or cause distress to others.

10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the equipment.

11. If the equipment is not being used for any part of the day, please turn the blower off at the mains.

12. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the equipment and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on and off the equipment.

13. Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the equipment as indeed any child that is feeling unwell.

14. Do not allow any persons to go on the equipment during inflation and deflation, this is very DANGEROUS.

15. Please ensure that children are dressed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of there pockets, it is strongly advised that all users wear socks please.

16. Please ensure that the area around the inflatable is void of any litter or other objects within the area specified in the size tab of your chosen inflatable and any pathways leading to the area are unrestricted. We have the right to refuse the delivery of the hire when the requirements aren't met.

17. The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the equipment be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.

18. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the equipment immediately. The blower has a reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deletion tube has not come loose, also check to make sure that nothing has blown onto or is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1-2 minutes later and it should restart. If it does not please inform us straight away.

19. Disco Dome only, be sure to leave the dome inflated at all times during your hire and do not under any circumstances touch the electrics, if you encounter any problem call us straight away.

20.A 20% booking fee is required a minimum of 7 days before the delivery date to secure your booking. We have the right to cancel your booking if this is not paid(see point 21 for exceptions) . The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

21. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your hire, it needs to be a minimum 48h before the delivery date, if you wish to do this you would have a choice of three options:
- lose your 20% booking fee
-move the booking fee with for the same castle to a different date
-move the booking fee with a different castle for a alternative date

If due to bad weather on the day and you wish to cancel we need to know before 8am. Then we will again move your deposit to a new date as long as your preferred castle/item is available.
If we have to cancel your hire due to high winds or bad weather your deposit will be moved to another date or refunded.
If we arrive and access is not suitable for us to deliver the castle you may be charged for the hire or lose the deposit to cover costs of the delivery.
If the garden area is not suitable or full we will also have the right to refuse delivery and cancel your order.It is in every ones best interests to make sure that the area is clean and tidy for us to use.

22. Please note we deliver all our castles in a clean and good condition we would be grateful for you to make sure they come back to us how they arrived. Otherwise you may incur a cleaning fee.

23.In the event of any damages inflicted to any of our equipment will result in the hiree to cover all expenses in full.

24. Disclamer has to be signed before leaving the premises.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out. Our telephone operating hours are 08:00 - 20:00.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that our products are situated in an accessible area, and that you have cleared the required and access area of any blockages, mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space, accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
